Notice for Modification in Online Application for Home Guards Enrollment-2025

Reference Number: PRPB-B (Home Guard Cadre)-02/2025 Notice Date: December 17, 2025

In reference to the notification (PRPB-B (Home Guard Cadre)-02/2025) dated 18-11-2025, inviting online applications for the Enrollment-2025 in Uttar Pradesh Home Guards from 18-11-2025 to 17-12-2025, the board has decided to provide a one-time opportunity for candidates to modify their applications.

Modification Window

Based on requests from various sources, a window for making modifications to the online application form will be open as per the following schedule:

  • Start Date and Time: 18-12-2025 at 06:00 AM
  • End Date and Time: 21-12-2025 at 06:00 AM

This will be the only opportunity provided for modification.

How to Modify Application

  1. Visit the official board website: http://uppbpb.gov.in.
  2. Click on the provided link for modifications: https://apply.upprpb.in.
  3. Log in to your account using your registered credentials, Aadhaar ID, or DigiLocker.
  4. Navigate to the 'Modify Details' tab/section within your Application History to make the necessary changes.

Important: Candidates will not be able to modify details fetched from OTR (One Time Registration) or the uploaded photograph.

For Applicants Before 01-12-2025

Candidates who submitted their online application before 01-12-2025 can now select 'Yes' or 'No' for sub-points 2 and 5 under Point 15-Declaration in the 'Additional Details' section of the application form.

Final Submission

Candidates are advised to carefully review and verify all their details in each section/tab before final submission by clicking 'Update'. Once the application is updated, no further modifications will be possible, and no subsequent opportunities will be provided.
