Special Instructions for Eligibility and Application
- Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
- The minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi Worker posts is Intermediate (12th grade) or equivalent. The merit list will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification, up to Post-Graduation.
- Applicants must be residents of the ward (for urban areas) or Gram Sabha (for rural areas) where the vacant post is located.
- Age Limit: As of July 01, 2025, the minimum age should be 18 years, and the maximum age should be 35 years. Age calculation will be based on the date of birth mentioned in the High School mark sheet/certificate.
- Only online applications submitted through the departmental website https://upanganwadibharti.in within the specified time frame will be accepted. Offline applications will not be considered valid under any circumstances.
- Self-attested, clear, and legible copies of all documents mentioned in the online application form must be uploaded by the applicant.
- Priority will be given to Widows/Divorced/Deserted women from Gram Sabha/wards as per the rules mentioned in the government order.
- For widows, a death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register will be considered valid.
- For divorced/deserted individuals, legal orders issued by a competent court will be considered valid.
- Income Certificate: As per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-Raj0-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended) from Revenue Section-9, Uttar Pradesh Government, only valid income certificates issued by competent authorities, whose online verification is possible, will be accepted.
- Poverty Line Income Limit: The income limit for the poverty line will be applied as per Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated September 14, 2015 (as amended) from Social Welfare Section-2, UP Government, for both rural and urban areas.
- Residence and Caste Certificate: Only online digitally signed residence and caste certificates issued by the Tehsildar, whose online verification is possible, will be considered valid.
