The Union Public Service Commission has announced the results of the written examination (Part-I) for the Combined Section Officers' (Grade 'B') Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2025. The examination was conducted on the 13th and 14th of December, 2025, for addition to the Select Lists of the Section Officer of the services.
Candidates who have qualified in the written examination are now eligible for the next stage (Part-II), which involves the evaluation of their service records.
Candidature Status: The candidature of all qualified candidates is purely PROVISIONAL and is subject to review. If any candidate is found to be ineligible at any subsequent stage of the examination process, their candidature will be cancelled.
Mark-Sheets: The mark-sheets of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission's website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result. They will remain available on the website for 30 days.
Final Selection: The final selection of candidates, including those from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and PwBDs categories, will be based on the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel & Training and will be subject to the final outcome of Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP (C) No. 30621/2011.
Sealed Result: The written result of one candidate (Roll No. 6400002) pertaining to Category-XI has been kept in a sealed cover.
