Introduction

This is to inform the general public that online application forms are invited for the recruitment of Sahayikas (Assistants) in Child Development Projects operating in urban and rural areas of Lalitpur district, based on honorarium, as per Government Order No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated September 17, 2025. The applications are to be submitted through the departmental website: https://www.upanganwadibharti.in.

Special Instructions for Eligibility and Application Submission

  1. Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
  2. The minimum educational qualification for all vacant posts of Sahayika is Intermediate or equivalent, and merit will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification (Post-Graduation).
  3. The applicant must be a permanent resident of the ward/Gramsabha of the vacant post. In case of unavailability of eligible candidates in the said category in Gramsabha, a permanent resident of the concerned Nyay Panchayat will be eligible. For urban areas, the ward number/name must be mandatorily mentioned in the online issued residence certificate by the Tehsil.
  4. Only updated residence and caste certificates issued by Tehsil with online digital signatures, whose online verification is possible, will be valid.
  5. The minimum age for the post of Sahayika is 18 years and the maximum age is 35 years. The cut-off date for age calculation is July 01, 2025.
  6. Preference will be given to applicants from the BPL category for the Sahayika post. The BPL category will be determined as per Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated September 14, 2015 (as amended) of the Social Welfare Department-2, U.P. Government.
  7. For income certificates, only those issued by the competent authority as per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-Raj0-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended) of the Uttar Pradesh Government, Revenue Department-9, whose online verification is possible, will be valid.
  8. For widows, the death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register will be valid.
  9. For divorced and abandoned women, legal orders issued by the Hon'ble Court will be valid.
  10. Online applications on the departmental website https://www.upanganwadibharti.in will be accepted only within the stipulated time. Offline applications will not be valid/accepted under any circumstances.
  11. Application forms must be filled online carefully using the format available on the departmental website. Self-attested copies of legible documents must be uploaded on the portal https://www.upanganwadibharti.in, as mentioned in the online form by the applicant. No application or document/paper submitted offline or by post will be accepted. If any error is found in the application or any fact/data/marks/educational documents are found to be incorrect or forged, the candidature will be cancelled.
  12. The last date for online application for the advertised posts is December 01, 2025, till 12:00 midnight.

For further information, one can contact the Child Development Project Officer's office in Vikas Khand or the District Program Officer's office (Child Development Department) in Vikas Bhawan during office hours on working days.
  14. The number of vacant posts may increase or decrease. The final decision to recruit or not to recruit for vacant posts will be subject to the selection committee.
