Applications are invited from eligible female candidates for the recruitment of Anganwadi Helpers on an honorarium basis in various urban and rural projects of Badaun district. The application process is online through the official departmental website.

Note: Reservation for OBC and SC categories is applicable as per rules. There is no reservation for EWS, PwD, or Freedom Fighter dependents. The number of vacancies is subject to change.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification is Intermediate (12th grade) or its equivalent. The merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained up to the post-graduation level.
  • Age Limit: The candidate must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of 01-07-2025. The date of birth mentioned in the High School certificate will be considered final.
  • Gender: Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Residency: The applicant must be a resident of the same Gram Sabha/Ward (for urban areas) for which she is applying.

Preference Criteria

Preference in selection will be given in the following order:

  1. A widow, legally divorced, or deserted woman from a family living below the poverty line (BPL) in the same Gram Sabha/Ward.
  2. If the above is not available, a widow, legally divorced, or deserted woman from a family living above the poverty line in the same Gram Sabha/Ward.
  3. If the above are also not available, any other woman from a family living below the poverty line in the same Gram Sabha/Ward.

How to Apply

  1. Applications will only be accepted online through the official departmental website: https://upanganwadibharti.in.
  2. Offline applications will not be considered under any circumstances.
  3. Candidates must carefully fill out the online form and upload clean, legible, self-attested copies of all required documents.
  4. Any errors or false information in the application will lead to the cancellation of the candidature.

Required Documents

  • Residence and Caste certificates must be digitally signed and verifiable online, issued by the Tehsil.
  • For widows, a death certificate of the husband issued by the Gram Panchayat Adhikari/concerned urban body and a certified copy of the family register.
  • For divorced/deserted women, a legal order from a competent court will be required.
  • Income certificate with an annual income not exceeding ₹46,080 for rural areas and ₹56,460 for urban areas.
