This notice is to inform the general public about the recruitment of Anganwadi Workers in the Child Development Projects operating under the Child Development Services and Nutrition Department in Hapur district. Applications are invited from eligible female candidates for these honorarium-based positions.

Eligibility Criteria and Conditions for Selection

  1. Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (12th pass) or equivalent is mandatory for Anganwadi Workers.
  2. Remuneration: The above posts are purely honorarium-based, with Anganwadi Workers receiving Rs 4500/- per month.
  3. Age Limit: As per Government Order No. 2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated 2025-09-17, the minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years. High School certificate will be valid for age proof of Anganwadi Workers.
  4. Residency: It is mandatory for the applicant to be a resident of the same Gram Sabha in the rural area where the Anganwadi Worker position is vacant. Reservation (vertical/horizontal) as applicable to each post will be considered; otherwise, the application will not be entertained.
  5. Widow Certificate: Certified copy of the death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register will be valid for widows.
  6. Divorced/Abandoned Women: Legal orders issued by the Hon'ble Court regarding divorce/abandonment will be valid.
  7. Residence and Income Certificate: Certificates issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Tehsildar regarding residence and income will be valid, subject to online verification.
  8. Family Restriction: Two women from the same family cannot be appointed as an Anganwadi Worker and Assistant at one Anganwadi center.
