This notice pertains to the Document Verification and Medical Examination Schedule, Phase 1, for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) as per CEN No. 01/2024. The list of candidates shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) was previously published on the official website of RRB, Bilaspur on 2025-10-01.\n\n### Document Verification & Medical Examination Schedule - Phase 1\n\nCandidates with the specified roll numbers are provisionally shortlisted for Verification of Documents/Certificates and Medical Examination as per the scheduled dates. Candidates must report to Railway Recruitment Board, Near GM/SECR Building, Bilaspur 495004, at the scheduled date and time. SMS/E-mail alerts will be sent to candidates' registered mobile/email IDs for downloading e-call letters.\n\n### Required Documents for Document Verification\n\nCandidates called for DV must produce all original documents along with two sets of A4 photocopies and four recent passport-size colour photographs, as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter issued for Document Verification.\n\n### Medical Examination Details\n\nAfter completing DV, candidates will be sent for medical examination at the nominated Railway Hospital within the jurisdiction of the concerned RRB on the next day. Candidates should be prepared to stay for more than four days for DV/Medical examination at their own cost. The prescribed medical fee is Rs 24/-. No other charges are to be paid to the Hospitals/Health Unit for the medical examination. In rare cases, if investigations like CT Scan, Ultra Sound, or refractive eye surgery are required and facilities are unavailable at the Railway Hospital/Health Unit, candidates may need to pay the concerned laboratory/hospital.\n\n### Important Information\n\n* Candidature is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, if any inconsistency, deficiency, discrepancy in furnished information, or malpractice is detected.\n* Merely shortlisting or calling a candidate for DV/Medical examination does not guarantee appointment in the Railways.\n* RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake. No correspondence will be entertained regarding this.\n* Beware of touts: The recruitment process is fully computerized, and selection is based on merit. Candidates should visit the official websites of RRBs for regular updates.\n\n### Document Upload Instructions\n\n1. Candidates must upload clear scanned images of all documents, a colour scanned copy of their recent passport size photograph, and signature on the RRB Document Verification Portal (https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/). The portal will be active for uploading 10 days before and on your DV date.\n2. A specific Block date will be provided in the e-call letter for verification of original documents for candidates who were absent on their Regular DV date. No extra date/time will be given.\n3. Failure to report for document verification on the scheduled or block date will result in rejection of candidature, and no correspondence will be entertained.\n4. The DV schedule for remaining candidates of the result dated 2025-10-01 will be published after completion of this phase.
