Combined Medical Services Examination 2025 Final Result Declared

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2025. The results are based on the Written Examination (Part-I) held on July 20, 2025, and the Personality Test (Part-II) conducted from October to December 2025.

Candidates have been recommended for appointment to services/posts under two categories:

Category-I

Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service.

Category-II

  • Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways
  • General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council
  • General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in Municipal Corporation of Delhi

Recommended Candidates

  • Category-I: A total of 363 candidates have been recommended for appointment.
  • Category-II: A total of 449 candidates have been recommended for appointment.

For Category-II, a consolidated Reserve List of 60 candidates has also been maintained by the Commission.

Important Information

  • The appointment to the services/posts is subject to the availability of vacancies and the fulfillment of all eligibility conditions and pre-appointment formalities by the candidates.
  • The candidature of 353 recommended candidates is provisional.
  • The final result of one candidate is withheld pending a decision from the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan.
  • The offer of appointment to provisional candidates will be issued only after the Commission verifies their original documents. The provisionality is valid for six months from the date of the result declaration.
  • The results are available on the official UPSC website: www.upsc.gov.in.
  • Mark sheets are expected to be available on the website within fifteen days from the date of publication of the result.
