Important Notice: Application Status for CEN 04/2025 (Section Controller)

This notice pertains to the application status for the Section Controller post advertised under CEN No. 04/2025, applications for which were invited on 15-09-2025. The scrutiny of applications has been completed.

How to Check Application Status

Candidates can check the status of their applications (provisionally accepted, conditionally accepted with conditions, or rejected with reasons) from December 12, 2025, by logging into their user accounts on the official website: www.rrbapply.gov.in.

An SMS and email regarding the application status will also be sent to the registered mobile numbers and email IDs provided in the application.

Important Instructions and Disclaimers

  • Accuracy of Information: While utmost care has been taken in preparing the list of provisionally eligible candidates, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) reserves the right to rectify any unintentional errors or printing mistakes.
  • No Correspondence for Rejected Candidates: RRB will not entertain any correspondence regarding ineligible or rejected candidatures.
  • Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all eligible/accepted candidates is entirely provisional. If any discrepancy, omission, false record, or data provided in the application is found, or if any malpractice is brought to the notice of RRB at any stage of the recruitment process, the candidature will be canceled.
