This notice announces the result of the 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-I) and the provisional shortlisting of candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT for Non-Technical Popular Categories (Under-Graduate) against CEN No. 06/2024.

Examination Information

  • CEN No.: 06/2024 (Non-Technical Popular Categories - Under-Graduate)
  • 1st Stage CBT Dates: The 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) was conducted from 07th August 2025 to 9th September 2025.
  • Shortlisting: Candidates bearing the Roll Numbers listed in the original document have been provisionally shortlisted to appear in the 2nd Stage CBT.
  • Shortlisting Criteria: Candidates have been shortlisted as per their merit in the 1st Stage CBT, duly considering their order of preference for various posts.

Reservation Benefits

Candidates who availed reservation benefits (OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, PwBD and ExSM) for the 2nd Stage CBT will continue to be considered against those respective reservation categories for all subsequent stages of the recruitment process.

2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)

  • Basis for Subsequent Shortlisting: This will be based on candidates' performance in the 2nd Stage CBT and, where applicable, the CBTST.
  • Date of 2nd Stage CBT: The date for the 2nd Stage CBT will be notified in due course.

Viewing Individual Results/Scorecard

  • Availability: Individual results/scorecards can be viewed by logging into the RRB portal using Registration No. and Date of Birth.
  • Facility Live Date: This facility will be available from 21.11.2025, 05:00 PM onwards.
  • Question Paper: Upon login, candidates can also view their question paper, including the correct answers marked among the four options.

Important Points for Candidates

  • Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all qualified candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT is purely provisional and is subject to cancellation at any stage of recruitment (or thereafter) if any inconsistency/deficiency in the furnished data or malpractice is found.
  • No Guarantee of Appointment: Merely being called for the 2nd Stage CBT does not guarantee appointment in the Railways.
  • Error Rectification: While utmost care has been taken in preparing the list, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes. No correspondence from unsuccessful candidates will be entertained.
  • Official Website: Candidates are advised to regularly visit RRB's official website for updates and information.
  • Roll Number Arrangement: The Roll Numbers of provisionally qualified candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT are arranged horizontally in ascending order and not in order of merit.

Candidates are advised to beware of touts who may mislead them with false promises of selection through illegal means.
