The Child Development Department is inviting online applications for direct recruitment to vacant honorarium-based posts in Anganwadi projects operating in urban/rural areas of Mathura district. These vacancies arise from various reasons after recruitment as per Government Order No. 1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025(1917687) dated September 17, 2025. Applications are invited through the website http://upanganwadibharti.in.

Important Information and Instructions:

Detailed Gram Sabha/Ward-wise information on the above posts, including reservations and full eligibility criteria, has been displayed on the notice boards of the Collectorate, Rajiv Bhawan, Tehsil, and Vikas Khand offices, and uploaded on the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in.

Special Instructions for Eligibility and Application:

  1. Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
  2. The minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi Worker posts will be Intermediate (12th grade) or equivalent.
  3. The applicant must be a resident of the ward/Gram Sabha corresponding to the vacant post. Applications from other wards/Gram Sabhas will not be accepted.
  4. The applicant's age should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 35 years as of the cut-off date, July 01, 2025.
  5. Only online applications submitted through the departmental website within the stipulated time frame will be accepted. Offline applications will not be considered valid or accepted under any circumstances.
  6. The last date for submitting online applications for the advertised posts is December 14, 2025, until midnight 12:00 PM.
  7. Candidates' income and residence certificates must be issued by a competent authority at the Tehsil level, enabling online verification.
  8. If any error is found in the application or any fact/educational document or data is incorrect/erroneous, the candidature will be canceled.
  9. For all Anganwadi Worker posts, merit will be prepared based on minimum educational qualification (Intermediate) and maximum educational qualification (Postgraduate).
  10. As per government orders, preference will be given to female candidates belonging to the BPL category, widows, and divorced/abandoned women.
  11. For widows, a certificate issued by a competent authority will be valid. Similarly, for divorced/abandoned women, a legal/court order will be valid.
