DV Notice: Schedule for Verification of Documents, Genuineness of Candidature, and Medical Examination (Round-V) under CEN No. 04/2024 (Paramedical)

Document Verification and Medical Examination Schedule

This notice is regarding the schedule for Document Verification (DV), genuineness of candidature, and Medical Examination (Round-V) for candidates shortlisted under CEN No. 04/2024 (Paramedical).

The Document Verification for Nursing Superintendent candidates is scheduled for December 30, 2025, at 09:30 Hrs. The venue for the Document Verification is: Office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Station Road, Gorakhpur-273012 (UP).

Instructions for Document Verification

1. E-call Letter: Candidates must bring their e-call letter for document verification, which can be downloaded from the official website of RRB Gorakhpur (www.rrbgkp.gov.in). The e-call letter must be produced at the entry of the DV venue.
2. Required Documents: Candidates must bring the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents:
   • E-call letter (refer to the list of documents on the back side/2nd page).
   • One original valid & current photo ID proof.
   • Address ID proof (as presented at the time of CBTs).
   • All original documents as detailed in the e-call letter.
   • If certificates are not in English/Hindi, a self-attested translated version (in Hindi/English) must be produced.
   • Certificates must be in the prescribed formats. No additional time will be given for non-production of original certificates.
3. Photographs: Bring six (6) passport-size colour photographs, not more than one month old, required for DV and Medical Examination.
4. CBT-1 E-call Letter Foil: Candidates must also bring their candidate's foil of e-call letter for CBT-1.
5. Prohibited Items: Mobile phones are not permitted during Document Verification (DV) or Medical Examination.

Medical Examination

• Candidates will undergo a Medical Test (Examination) after Document Verification.
• A medical examination fee of Rs. 24/- must be paid at the DV venue.
• The date and place of the Medical Examination will be intimated at the time of DV.
• An Admit Card for the Medical Test (Examination) will be issued at the time of DV.
• Candidates should be prepared to stay for more than 4 days for DV/Medical Examination at their own cost.
• Belongings: Do not bring belongings to Railway Hospitals as no facility is available to keep them.
• Candidates should carry only their Admit card for Medical Test, one original valid & current Photo ID, and Address ID proof for medical examination. No fees will be charged at the hospital for the medical examination itself. Candidates are advised not to carry cash.

Block Date for Absentee Candidates

A block date is provided for candidates who fail to report for Document Verification on their assigned regular dates due to valid reasons (University/Government examination or sickness).

• Block Date: January 12, 2026, at 10:00 Hrs.
• Venue: Office of RRB Gorakhpur.
• Conditions: Only valid reasons supported by documentary evidence will be considered. No other reason for absence will be accepted.
• This is a second and final opportunity. No fresh e-call letter will be sent; candidates must attend with the e-call letter uploaded for the regular Document Verification.
