- Helpline Administrator (1 Post)
- Remuneration: Rs. 33,000/- Per Month
- Qualification: Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology with at least 5 years' experience in child-related relevant domains in an administrative set-up (Government or Non-Government project/programme). Preferably with at least 1-year counseling experience. Candidate must be a resident of Haryana.
- Call Operators (12 Posts)
- Remuneration: Rs. 16,000/- per person/per month
- Qualification: Matric. Good hearing ability to converse in Hindi & English. Practical experience in operating PBX or office work for more than 1 year. Candidate must be a resident of Haryana.

I. How to Apply
a) Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria should apply and submit the duly filled application form along with self-attested copies of the following documents to:

b) The envelope containing the application should be subscribed “Application for the post of..............”.
c) Shortlisted candidates called for interview shall bring original documents submitted for verification.
d) The following documents are required to be submitted along with the application form:
* 2 recent passport size color photographs.
* High School certificate for proof of Date of Birth/Birth Certificate.
* Certificate of academic & professional qualifications and statement of marks of all qualifications (including 10th and 12th class).
* Proof of identity and address (Passport, Voter Id, Driving License, Aadhar Card, etc.).
* PAN Card.
* Proof of professional experience as claimed in the application form, including experience certificate/joining letter, last month's salary slip, Form 16, and other documents proving continuity in the job. Applications with unestablished claims will be rejected.
* Any other documents in support of candidature.
e) The number of posts mentioned above are indicative and may increase or decrease at the time of final selection.
f) Experience will be reckoned as on the date of the advertisement.
g) If any claims made by a candidate are found to be incorrect/false, their candidature will be summarily rejected.
II. General Instructions
a) The above posts are purely on a contract basis and are not for the regular establishment of the WCD Department. No other perks or benefits will be admissible except those mentioned.
b) No TA/DA/journey expenses will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview. Candidates must make their own arrangements for travel and stay.
c) Age will be 18-42 years, with relaxation for reserved categories as per Haryana Government policy.
d) Serving Govt./PSU officials, if selected, will be allowed to join only after being properly relieved from their parent organization.
e) Candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination after selection and will be considered for engagement only if found medically fit.
f) The Department reserves the right to cancel/enlarge/modify/alter the selection/recruitment process at any stage, including the number of posts, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason.
g) The Department reserves the right to terminate services at any time with one-month notice. In case of gross negligence/misconduct/irregularities, the contract appointment will be terminated with immediate effect, and the employee will be liable for action as per law/policies.
h) For resignation, three months' prior notice is required.
i) Candidates will be engaged initially for one year, extendable year-to-year based on satisfactory performance.
j) Services of selected candidates will cease upon expiry of the term, and they will not be entitled to regularization/continuation or any other consequential benefits.
k) No EPF/ESI will be given. Remuneration mentioned against each post is consolidated.
III. Selection Procedure
a) Applications will be scrutinized by a Selection Committee at the Directorate of Women & Child Development Department, and candidates will be shortlisted based on merits. The Committee will also conduct an interview.
b) The recommendation of the Committee shall be final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
c) No application will be considered after the closing date, October 24, 2025.
